Can I make stationary purchases?

Can I pick up goods in person?

Can I receive a VAT invoice or a bill for my order?

We add a till receipt to each order. We can also send you an invoice, however you should add such an instruction to your order.

Do you make out invoices with deferred payment deadlines?

Can an order be modified once it has been placed?

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

The order fulfillment time is counted from the moment of receipt of payment authorization.

All orders are fulfilled on the next business day, while the exact fulfillment time will depend on the selected method of delivery.

 

Can I file a complaint?

You are entitled to lodge a complaint if the goods which you have received are sub-standard, have been damaged in transport, or differ from those which you actually ordered. For more information, please go to the “Returns and complaints” tab.

 

I want to withdraw from the contract. Within how many days at the latest do I have to send back the goods?

You can send the goods back within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order.

 

Can I cancel my order even after making payment, and then receive a refund?

How long will it take for my funds to be reimbursed to my bank account after I return the goods?

We process refunds within 14 days of the date of receipt of returned products or that of submission of information about cancellation of an order. 

 

How can I check the status of my order?

The easiest way is to log in to the Shop’s website and check under the “My account” tab.
