Goods shipment order

Ordered publications are shipped upon receipt of payment for the respective order.

After making payment for your order, we request that you send confirmation to the following e-mail address: sklep@instytutpileckiego.pl

Please enter the order number in the title of the transfer.

Orders are shipped on the next business day following the date of payment.Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are registered as placed on the next business day and fulfilled on that date.

The order fulfillment time is counted from the moment of receipt of payment authorization.

Depending on the number of items, publications are packaged in bubble envelopes or safe cardboard boxes.This method of packaging minimizes the risk of damage during transport to the customer.

Selecting the method of delivery

Postal parcel – declared delivery time up to 7 days – cost depends on shipment destination.
